Assessment and scope
Enquiries are requests for assessment. A service is confirmed only when the scope, quotation, access requirements and appointment have been agreed. Additional work requires agreement.
Site access and safety
Customers should provide accurate tank and access information and obtain any necessary property permissions. Work may be paused, declined or reassessed if conditions prevent safe service.
Service limitations
Cleaning is not water-quality certification. Disinfection, repairs, specialist entry and testing are included only if expressly agreed and appropriately supported.
