Quotations and invoices
A quotation describes proposed work and is not a receipt. Invoices show agreed charges and balances. Taxes, deposits and payment deadlines must be expressly stated for the relevant document.
Payment methods
Online payment is not enabled. Contact billing@revivecleaning.co.ke to confirm available offline payment instructions before paying.
Recording payments
Staff record offline payments against invoices using the date, amount, method and reference. Partial payments remain visible with the outstanding balance.
